In this blog I'll occasionally provide observations, opinions and comments on various issues related to patents and patent licensing; in particular in the telecoms sector. I've had the opportunity to work hands-on with patents in
virtually all aspects; from invention to litigation and just about
everything in-between. So my viewpoints will tend to be based on my own experience from business realities, and somewhat less on theoretical ponderings. Hopefully this side of things can be interesting and informative to those who enjoy reading about this rather complex and sometimes controversial topic.
